Pro-Tech Maintenance & Repair performs services on the basis
of hourly billing (from arrival at job site) plus a travel charge based
upon distance from our office. There is a premium charge for jobs
scheduled at night, on weekends or on holidays.
Effective August 1, 2017, for new customers our hourly billing rate became $168.00 per hour for standard
hours: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm. (Premium rates are Standard x 1.5 for both
Labor and Travel charges.) Existing customers on the date of our rate change were given a 1-year grace period before becoming subject to the new rate. Beginning August 1, 2018, everyone will be at the same rate.
Discounts are usually offered for jobs over three hours. Please ask for details.
All work is guaranteed.
We offer terms of Net 30 plus 2% per month on past-due amounts upon credit approval. New customers and those not on credit approval are C.O.D.. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards (through the PayPal gateway). Please complete the Credit Application Form (link below) to work with terms.
